“MBU” model is internal cylindrical grinding machine for grinding medium and big sized parts. It is suitable for flexible and mass production, depends on the model selection and work part dimensions. This model originates by purchasing a license from the American manufacturer “Bryant”, but the design of the machine itself has been modified and improved over time in accordance with latest trends in the machine tool industry. The model classification is done based on maximum swing over diameter – 600, 850, 1000, 1200 mm. Internal grinding range starts from Ø15 – Ø1000 mm. An exception in the design of the MBU model is the MBU 80, which is produced on the basis of the BSB machine and is intended for grinding small holes from Ø3 – Ø80 mm.

The model is available in NC and CNC option. In both variants, it is possible to install a belt-driven grinding spindle or a high-frequency spindle, which can be changed when needed. Basic customization is related to turret wheelhead – B-Axis, with additional equipment according to the grinding requirement, primary in one set up: hole, face, taper, complex profiles. With CNC machines and B-Axis, it is possible to install only high-frequency internal grinding spindles.
