Who we are
We were founded in June 2003, as a private owned company, by taking over the “Grinding machine” plant from the “Livnica Kikinda” holding.
The first beginnings were in 1908, when Mr. Michael Bohn founded “Foundry and Machinery Factory”, i.e. 2 decades after the World War II, when the government company “Livnica Kikinda” started the production of grinding machines by purchasing licenses from the German “Fortuna Werke” and the American “Bryant”.
Over the past 50 years, we have continued to improve the knowledge and experience gained in the machine tool industry.

Start of external cylindrical grinding machine production under license “Fortuna Werke” Germany
Obtained license from “Bryant” USA for internal grinding machine production
Purchase of Foundry for manual molding of grey and ductile cast iron and tool room “Livnica Kikinda”
Opening of new assembly room and CNC machining work shop on 4000 m2 in 2019
