“BSE” model is universal cylindrical grinding machine for external and internal grinding of heavy and large parts, at the same time our largest machine in the production program. It is suitable for single batch grinding of components for railway, aerospace, oil & gas industry, etc. The model classification is done based on distance between centers – 1500, 3000, 4000 mm. The swing over diameter is 630, 800 and 1300 mm, part weight up to 2500 kg. The maximum external grinding wheel diameter is Ø900 mm.

The model is available in NC and CNC option. NC option has a possibility of mounting lifting type internal grinding attachment and belt driven spindle. Basic customization is related to turret wheelhead – B-Axis, with additional equipment according to the grinding requirement. Due to complex component loading, prisms are placed on the worktable, for a safer clamping between centers. Steady rests for this model are mostly mandatory equipment, which ensures the stability of the grinding process, reliable geometry and required accuracy. In this model, the central lubrication system is not located inside machine bed, but is separated with the other peripherals.
